Innovations in textiles and light industry: Winter School "Smart Textile & Design"
Slide 1 Official opening of the winter school "SmartTextile & Design"
The speakers of the winter school were leading professors and specialists in the field of textile, light industry and fashion industry from leading research centers, fashion houses and educational institutions such as:
Akdeniz University (Akdeniz University) Antalya - Turkey;
Ege University (Aegean University) Izmir - Turkey;
Russian State University named after A. N. Kosygin, Moscow - Russia;
Ivanovo State Polytechnic University, Ivanovo - Russia;
Omsk State Technical University, Omsk - Russia;
Zhanna Eltanova Fashion House;
M.Auezov South Kazakhstan University.
The presented topic of lectures in the winter school program testifies to the fact that the issues of training personnel and students who have a good command of certain knowledge and skills indicated in state educational standards are of interest to participants in the entire chain of the educational process and innovations in the field of textiles and light industry.
Today, innovative activity is one of the most significant systemic factors of economic growth, as well as an increase in the level of competitiveness of manufactured and sold innovative products. This is a prerequisite in order to provide a high quality product with a lower consumer price that will meet the needs of consumers.
The main directions of innovation are the processes of creation, implementation, and implementation of innovations, that is, the main goal is to achieve a result. And to achieve this goal, a winter school was organized within which new achievements in science, innovations in the production of the textile and light industry were discussed, as well as the implementation and application of relevant topics in the educational process.
On the first day, the speaker Dzhanpaizova Vasilya Mirzakhmedovna, Ph.D., Associate Professor, South Kazakhstan University named after M.Auezov. She spoke about nanotechnology in the production of textiles, which occupies a leading place in modern science, as one of the priority areas. Active development in this area contributes to the development of new scientific methodological principles and approaches. Underlying the creation of the latest fibrous materials with a modified chemical structure, providing textile materials with a wide range of new properties, expanding their areas of application.

Also, the participants of the winter school revealed topical problems, innovations and trends in the development of the textile and light industry. A special place in the program of the school was occupied by questions: modern technologies of nonwovens for obtaining technical textiles, shoe materials and engineering, leather haberdashery, smart textiles, revolutionary fabrics for fashion and design, stages of creating a collection and clothes of the future. One of the most interesting topics and directions of the winter school was revealed by the speakers Maria Yezieva Nekhir, Doctor of PhD, a professor from Akdeniz University, Antalya - Turkey and the director of the JannaEltanova fashion house, Zhanna Eltanova, Shymkent-Kazakhstan. Their lectures were devoted to the feasibility of teaching the design of collections as an effective means for the development of creative abilities and professional development of future designers of light industry products.

The characteristics of the types of collections, the main stages of designing the author's collection were given, because for the professional growth of a future specialist in the modern clothing industry, his competitiveness and demand depend on the ability to take initiative, to solve non-standard tasks in the design of clothing collections for various purposes and assortment groups. such tasks include stages associated with both artistic and technical creativity, and is the basis of transformative activities. The professional sphere of the future clothing designer is aimed not only at adapting known solutions, but especially at creating a new product that did not exist before.

The uniqueness of such a specialist is determined by the content of multilateral education, the volume and system of acquired theoretical knowledge, practical skills, experience of creative activity. Creativity in any kind of human activity contributes to his introduction to the material culture of society, elevates and ennobles the personality. It is important to form in future design engineers the ability to emotionally perceive and appreciate the beauty in a person and the world around him, to create conditions for the formation of a creative, harmoniously developed, active personality, which is of great importance for the profession.
One of the priority topics and directions in textiles was revealed by Stepanov Sergey Gaevich, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Ivanovo State Polytechnic University, telling about the development of composites, their advantages and disadvantages. Technologies for the manufacture of composites and parts based on them. The production of composite materials and products from them is one of the rapidly developing areas. Every year, the production of CM in the world is increasing by about 20%, while the production of metals is growing by only 2%. The future belongs to CM, which will only improve and replace "outdated" materials. This is due to the fact that CMs have a set of properties and features that differ from traditional structural materials and together open up wide opportunities, both for improving existing structures in a wide variety of directions, and for developing new structures and technological processes.

Speaker Evgeny Ivanovich Bitus, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor of the Russian State University named after A. N. Kosygin, Moscow - Russia made a promising and popular topic for the development of nonwoven materials. Having told about the technology of production of non-woven textiles using combined methods. In the manufacture of which a combination of mechanical and physical and chemical methods is used. A striking example is the production of needle-punched fabrics with impregnation or thermal bonding. Thus, a combination of two or more methods makes it possible to achieve greater tensile strength and resistance to mechanical and other damage.

In addition, speakers of Behzat Oral Bitlisli PhD Doctor, Professor, Elif Eser Eke Bayramoglu PhD Doctor, Professor, Hüsnü Erhan Kırtay PhD Doctor, Professor from Aegean University, Izmir / Turkey, Ramazan Erdem Professor, PhD Doctor, from Akdeniz University, Antalya - Turkey considered interesting developments in the field of creating textiles, leather haberdashery, smart textiles, shoe materials, medical textiles and engineering. Considered the main innovative directions in the technology of development and production of fabrics, united under the general name "neo-textiles". The lectures provided an overview of the main types of such materials. This group covers almost all new types of textiles, including materials with active functions. Today there are three families of similar materials: electronic textiles, active textiles and eco-techno textiles.

Summing up the results of the winter school, we can say that the success of the development of the textile and light industry of the region and the entire country as a whole depends on the level of competence of specialists, and to ensure this level is the task of the entire pedagogical community, whose skill and skill is the key to achieving this most important task. Therefore, cooperation and constant exchange of knowledge, opinions on the innovative development of industries and implementation at all levels of the educational process using advanced and modern innovative teaching methods becomes an urgent need. The past winter school provided such a platform for interested teachers and scientists, and we believe that this discussion, communication and training turned out to be useful for all its participants.
