On January 28, 2023, the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sayasat Nurbek got acquainted with the educational and industrial laboratory of the Department of Food Engineering of the Higher School of Textile and Food Engineering at the M. Auezov South Kazakhstan University. During the familiarization, undergraduates and students of the Department of "Technology and Food Safety" took part in the event. The Minister paid special attention to this project and gave a high assessment. In turn, the Minister particularly appreciated the work of young future scientists and thanked them.
