The purpose of the lecture: to introduce students of  the structure,  composition and methods of processing of products of animal origin, as well as the useful properties of the meat on the human body. In addition, to introduce students with modern methods of processing of products of animal origin.

The theme of lectures corresponds to KTP. The materials of the lecture clearly traced and  interdisciplinary communication. Content fully corresponds to the modern level of development of science. Materials lecture presented as presentation. Lecturer material is presented logically, systematically, consistently and affordably. The stated aim of the lecturer was achieved in full.
